Robert Fripp's Diary

I have momentarily returned from

14.37 I have momentarily returned from World Central, having presented both Diane & David the following letter:

"As of this moment, please remove from DGM everything which is unnecessary to the company's well-being & health. this includes present catalogue releases, present distributors & artists, & any planned releases & new artists.

DGM's future as a Music Network is so powerfully waiting to be born, let us please focus on those artists whose music, & personal natures, help us to leap from our beds in the morning & cry: `Thank you God for this gift of life!". Anything which does not meet this criterion is not worthy of the attention & creative energies of either of you.

Effective immediately, please. 14.19".

Hugh is recovering from a return of Devil Bug & Alex is away recovering.

19.07 Scott Stroman & two members of Opus 20 visited World Central this afternoon. The sounds of a stunning string ensemble powered out of the Music room to blend strangely but effectively with Jacob Herringman's lute from Hugh's computer system.
